These Terms apply to imflexing.com (the "Site"), run under the name I'M FLEXING ("we", "us"). I'M FLEXING is an independent project run by one person. It is not a company.

By using the Site or buying a rental, you agree to these Terms and to our Ad Rules, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What a rental is

The Site is a 3D city lined with digital billboards. A rental lets your ad — a name, a link, an optional tagline and an optional image — appear on one billboard for the period you choose.

• One advertiser per billboard for the whole period.
• One payment. No subscription and no automatic renewal.
• It starts once your payment is confirmed and ends automatically when the period is over.

A rental is an advertising placement only. It is not property or a virtual item, and it can't be resold, transferred or exchanged for money.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can act for it.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices vary by billboard and period, are shown in US dollars before you pay, and may change over time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any tax.
• Starting checkout holds the billboard for a short time while you pay.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles tax and receipts. Dodo's buyer terms apply to the payment. We never see your full card details.
• Any badge shown on an ad is decorative and has no monetary value.

4. Your ad

• Ads go live automatically after payment, without review. You are responsible for your ad, and it must follow the Ad Rules.
• Check your ad before paying. We can't promise to change an ad once it is live.
• We may resize, crop or compress your image and place text over it so it fits. Ads can look different on different devices, and some devices may not show them at all.
• If your ad uses an image hosted on another website, keeping it available is your responsibility.

5. Permission to use your ad

You keep ownership of your ad. You allow us to display, copy and resize it on the Site, in material that promotes the Site, and in any record of past ads we show. After your rental ends you can ask us to stop using it in new promotion or in the record of past ads.

You confirm you have the rights to everything in your ad and that it is truthful and lawful.

6. No guarantees

We don't guarantee any number of visitors, views, clicks or sales, and any statistics shown are estimates. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable.

7. Removing ads

We may remove any ad, end any rental or refuse any purchase at our discretion — including when we believe it breaks these Terms or the Ad Rules, is unlawful, or puts the Site, its visitors or our payment partner at risk. Ads removed for breaking the rules are not refunded. Other cases are covered in the Refund Policy.

8. Using the Site

Don't attack, overload or misuse the Site, get around its limits or security, create fake views or clicks, hold billboards you don't mean to buy, or use the Site to harm anyone. The Site's design, code and name belong to us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or reputation; and
• our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your ad or from your breach of these Terms.

11. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, we may remove your ad without a refund and refuse future purchases.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. A rental you have already paid for stays under the Terms that applied when you bought it.

13. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
