Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I'M FLEXING (imflexing.com) collects and how it is used. I'M FLEXING is an independent project run by one person, not a company.

Visitors
You don't need an account to visit. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.
- Visit counts. Your browser keeps a random ID so we can count visits and show how many people are online. It doesn't contain your name or email.
- Statistics. We record which billboards are viewed and clicked.
- Technical data. Like most websites, we process IP addresses and similar technical data to run the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Faster loading. Your browser may keep a copy of the billboard listings.
Clearing your browser's data for the Site removes what it stores.
Advertisers
- Your ad (name, tagline, link and image) is public during your rental and may later appear in a record of past ads. You can ask us to remove it from that record.
- Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive your name, email, and payment and refund status — never your card details.
- Unfinished checkouts, and images uploaded for them, are deleted automatically.
How we use information
To run the Site, show ads, process payments and refunds, contact advertisers about their rentals, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We don't send marketing email.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and run the Site. They may process data in countries other than yours.
- Dodo Payments, for payments, tax and receipts. Dodo's own privacy policy also applies.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
If you click an ad, share to a social network, or view an ad whose image is hosted on another website, that website receives your IP address. We don't sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires, such as payment records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law. Email support@imflexing.com with the subject Privacy and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
The Site is not meant for children, and you must be 18 or older to buy a rental.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no website is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
